World health organisation has produced a detailed guidelines to protect against corona virus. You can read those from the link below. Prevention is always better than cure.
Hello Gammoochi! Reading information from sources like the World Health Organisation (WHO) (which Binuraj has linked to as well!) we all can do something to protect ourselves and those around us – by following the advice of healthcare professionals.
That is by washing your hands thoroughly using soap and water (or rubbing hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizers), to avoid touching your face and when sneezing cover your mouth and nose with a bent elbow (it kinda looks like dabbing) or a tissue (and bin that tissue as soon as possible).
‘Science Made Simple UK’ put out a long youtube video of an interview with a scientist who studies human viruses (“Coronavirus made simple” link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEHg30SlKtM).
