For a fun, science communication challenge! I hope that I will be able to inspire you and no doubt learn a thing or two from you guys by thinking of the bigger picture 🙂

      Hi City389end,

We scientists do like to communicate our work and engage with different people in our society. What we are doing in the laboratory should ultimately benefit you guys and the society. In return we expect you to support our good works. This is only possible via science communication and via talking to you. While doing so, we learn a lot from you guys too, it’s a two way learning process. If we could inspire you to be a scientist or make you proud about the great work/ discoveries from UK Scientists, then that is the biggest achievement for me to be a part of this event.

Communicating science helps remind us why we do what we do and all the exciting things I get to see. Can’t wait!
