I think Binuraj is right, any science is good (of course especially biology and chemistry). I would also say maths is very useful in all sciences and it’s good to keep your options broad, maybe choose something that isn’t science/maths based to break things up a bit! For my A-levels I did physics, chemistry, maths, and French, and it was nice having a subject that was more of a “hobby” subject. You could also find work experience in a biochemistry lab during your A-levels, and that will give you an idea of what it’s like as a career

Just found your comment here. Don’t worry. I have also done that thinking that the question is aimed at everyone. I havn’t done GCSC so you are the best person to answer that question.
